Sometimes it’s hard to be the fancy, glamorous person you all expect me to be. I can’t always sit on my couch folding laundry, drink my Corona, nosh on chili AND make it  look good.  Sometimes I just need a day off from all that hassle.

So I just stop folding the laundry.

There’s a couple of side effects of drinking beer that I’ve noticed — the most obvious being the bottle caps. Clearly. What do I do with the things? I mean, I can’t just recycle ‘em — they’re way too cool. And though hucking them at the unsuspecting is always fun, I figured there’s got to be something more… creative.

And so I sat on my couch, eating chili with my fingers and drinking beer until it hit me: I COULD MAKE SOMETHING. Except right then I was pretty bloaty and tired, so I saved the caps in a Mason jar for later.

Well my friends, later has arrived. I present to you: The Bottle Cap Garland.

What you’ll need:

- Bottle caps (lots)
- yarn
- glue gun
