In a well ventilated area, lay out your newspaper and place your garlands on top. Spray paint the garlands entirely, in even strokes, moving in and around the thistles. It’s not complicated, but note: it takes several coats and you have to move the garlands around a lot to coat them evenly. Let them dry COMPLETELY.
