Step One:

Take your paint chips, and using your punch, stamp out the number of shapes you will be using.

I grabbed about 14 cards with 3 colors to each card, and was able to punch 2 shapes per color. I admit, I wanted waaaaay more shapes than I ended up with. My bad for not grabbing enough of the FREE paint chips when I could have. (But then I also admit I felt a bit hoggish taking too many cards, and I definitely didn’t want to deplete their supply or any certain color.)
