In order to make flubber, you’ll need four basic ingredients:
— Elmer’s glue
— borax
— water
— food coloring

You should really wear gloves when playing with this as borax is a carcinogen.
I was unaware of that — however, the amount of Borax in this concoction is minuscule. Far less than is used in washing laundry (which after washed, is all over the clothes and worn and rubbed all over the body). Good heads up, but I think the small, diluted in the recipe makes is safe.
Borax is not carcinogen unless you eat it in massive amounts. It is in almost every detergent you use at home and actually it is the most harmless kind of cleaning agent to the nature.
