Busted: I know I said the other day I wouldn’t write more about Chris Brown, but I lied. Sorry. So … Chris Brown is in trouble with Miami police after stealing a fan’s phone. Christal Spann spotted Brown leaving a club the other night and started to take his photo when Brown, ever the charmer, snatched the phone out of her hand saying, “B*tch, you not gonna put this up on no website.” He drove away with Spann’s phone, which is a crime. As you may know, Brown is still on probation for beating Rihanna three years ago, which means that if he is found in violation of probation, he could face up to four years in prison. Fingers crossed. [TMZ]
